Drain cleaning
Blocked or slow drains anywhere inside your home.
Bathroom drain
Get your bathroom drain flowing again
- What’s going on
- Hair, soap scum and grooming products build up on the pipe walls until the water has nowhere to go.
- How we fix it
- We clear the clog and remove light build-up to open up the pipe as much as possible. For heavy build-up on the pipe walls, an additional descaling service may be recommended.
Kitchen drain
Kitchen sink backed up? We’ll get it running.
- What’s going on
- Grease, food scraps and soap cool on the pipe walls and harden, narrowing the line until it stops.
- How we fix it
- We clear the clog and remove light build-up to open up the pipe as much as possible. For heavy build-up on the pipe walls, an additional descaling service may be recommended.
Toilet
Clogged toilet, cleared, even if it has to come off
- What’s going on
- Usually too much paper, something dropped in, or “flushable” wipes, which don’t break down the way the package says.
- How we fix it
- We start with a professional toilet auger. Most clogs clear from the bowl. If it won’t, we pull the toilet, clear the line directly, camera it while it’s off so you can see it’s open, and reset it on a new wax seal. We’ll tell you before we pull it.
More than one toilet? Each additional one is $150 from the bowl, or $280 if it has to come off.
Sometimes a toilet backup is really a main line problem. If that’s what we find, we’ll show you and price it before we go any further.
Laundry drain
Stop the laundry room flood
- What’s going on
- Lint, soap residue and debris build up in the standpipe and drain line until the washer pumps out faster than the pipe can take it.
- How we fix it
- We clear the clog and remove light build-up to open up the pipe as much as possible. For heavy build-up on the pipe walls, an additional descaling service may be recommended.
Descaling
Scrape the build-up off your drain walls
- What’s going on
- Grease, soap and scale coat the inside of kitchen, bathroom and tub lines over time. The drain still flows, just slower, and clogs keep coming back.
- How we fix it
- A high-speed chain knocker scrapes the build-up off the pipe walls to open the line back up. It’s made for 1.25 to 2-inch lines: kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, showers and tubs. For main sewer lines, see jetting.
Sewer main cleaning
The main line out to the city sewer, cleared of grease and buildup.
Main sewer line
Water coming up the floor drain? Call now.
- What’s going on
- Your floor drain is usually the lowest opening in the house. When the main sewer line is blocked, that’s where the water comes up first, and it gets worse every time someone upstairs runs water.
- How we fix it
- We clear the main line first to stop the backup. Then we run a camera down it and show you what’s in there, like roots, grease or a damaged section, so you know if it’s a one-time clog or something that will come back.
Camera check included. Want it on paper? Add a written report with snapshots and the video for $250.
Main sewer line
Several drains slow? Have you checked your main line?
- What’s going on
- One slow drain is a fixture problem. Several at once, or a toilet that gurgles when the sink drains, points to a blockage in the main line they all share.
- How we fix it
- We clear the main line to get every fixture draining again, then camera it so you can see what caused it and decide what to do next.
Camera check included. Want it on paper? Add a written report with snapshots and the video for $250.
Main sewer line
Sewage backing up? We’ll stop it.
- What’s going on
- A blocked main line pushes sewage and sewer gas back toward the house, often showing up first at a basement toilet, shower or floor drain. A smell on its own can also be a dried-out trap, and we check for that too.
- How we fix it
- We clear the main line to stop the backup, then camera it to find out why it happened. If there’s damage, you’ll see it on screen before anyone talks about repairs.
Camera check included. Want it on paper? Add a written report with snapshots and the video for $250.
Deep clean
Strip build-up off your pipe walls
- What’s going on
- Grease, soap scum and sludge narrow the pipe over the years, even when nothing is fully blocked. An auger opens a path through it. Jetting scours it off the walls.
- How we fix it
- A high-pressure water jet clears blockages and scours grease and scale off the pipe walls, then flushes it out. It’s our most thorough clean, and on 3-inch and larger lines it leaves the best results.
Jetting cleans the pipe. It doesn’t repair cracks, offsets or sags. If we see those on camera, we’ll show you.
Sewer root clearing
Cutting back tree roots that have grown in through the joints.
Main sewer line
Roots in your sewer line? We’ll cut them out.
- What’s going on
- Tree roots find their way into sewer lines through joints and small cracks, chasing the water inside. Once in, they grow into a net that catches paper and waste until the line slows down or backs up. It’s common in older neighbourhoods with mature trees.
- How we fix it
- We cut the roots back with a root-cutting head, flush the line, then camera it so you can see where they’re getting in. Roots grow back through the same joint, so we’ll tell you straight whether regular maintenance will keep it under control or the joint needs repair.
Camera check included. Want it on paper? Add a written report with snapshots and the video for $250.
Sewer camera inspection
Video of your sewer line, with a written report available.
Video inspection
See your sewer line, with proof on paper
- When you need it
- Buying or selling a home, making an insurance claim, or backing up a request to the City of Calgary.
- How we fix it
- We camera your full sewer line and document it: snapshots, notes and the video file, delivered as a written report you can hand to anyone.
Can be added to any main-line job, or booked on its own.
Home assessment
Not sure what’s wrong? We’ll find it.
- When you need it
- Several things are acting up, or something just doesn’t seem right and you want a straight answer.
- How we fix it
- We check every concern you have, run a camera through your main sewer line, and tell you plainly what’s going on, what needs doing now, and what can wait.
Installation
Installation
A new toilet, in and working in one visit
- When you need it
- Cracked, leaking at the base, running constantly, or just old and wasting water.
- How we fix it
- We bring a new standard toilet, take the old one out, install the new one on a fresh wax seal and supply line, and test it for leaks before we leave.
Includes a one-year warranty on the installation.

Reliable, straight-talking service
We show up when we say we will, explain what we find in plain language, and treat your home like it's ours.
Yes. We hold a City of Calgary business licence and carry general liability insurance.
Someone needs to let us in and be reachable while we work, whether that's you, a family member or a tenant. We take debit, credit card and Interac e-Transfer once the job is done.
Our flat rate covers clearing the clog and the on-site time listed for that service: up to 2 hours for sinks, tubs, showers, toilets and laundry drains, up to 3 hours for main sewer lines and jetting. Most jobs finish well within that. If yours needs longer, we tell you before the extra time starts: $150/hr, or $200/hr after hours. You're never charged for work you didn't agree to.
It's a request. We call or text you within 1 hour (6am–11pm) to confirm a time and the price. If water is backing up right now, don't wait for a reply: call or text (403) 918-0257.
Yes. We're open 6am–11pm every day, and outside those hours you can still call or text and we'll get to you as soon as we can. After-hours visits (11pm–6am) add $100 to the service price, and any extra time beyond the included hours is $200/hr.
Clearing the clog is the job you booked, and we remove light build-up while we're in there. If there's heavy build-up on the pipe walls, we'll show you and recommend descaling. That's $180 if we add it while we're already there, or jetting from $300 for kitchen lines and $450 for main lines. It's your call. If the drain is flowing, "not today" is a fine answer.
If a drain we cleared clogs again within 30 days, we'll come back and clear it at no charge. For main sewer lines, that applies when the camera showed no roots or damage. If it did, we'll have shown you the problem and your options. It doesn't cover new blockages from wipes, grease or objects put down the drain.
On main sewer lines, yes, and the camera check is included in every main-line job. On kitchen and bathroom sinks it depends on how the pipes are laid out: sometimes we can get a camera through, and sometimes the trap or fittings won't allow it, so we diagnose on the spot. Toilet lines can only be cameraed with the toilet removed.
Most clogs clear from the bowl with a toilet auger: $200. If it won't clear that way, we pull the toilet, clear the line directly, camera it while it's off, and reset it on a new wax seal: $320. We tell you before we pull it. Each extra toilet is $150 from the bowl, or $280 if it has to come off.
We cut the roots back, flush the line, and camera it so you can see where they're getting in. Roots grow back through the same joint, so we'll tell you whether regular maintenance will keep it under control or the joint needs repair. If the camera shows the problem is past your property line, we'll give you the footage so you can take it to the City.
Yes. Our sewer inspection + written report is $250: we camera the full line and give you snapshots, notes and the video file in a report you can hand to your realtor, insurer or the City of Calgary.
All of Calgary, plus Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Okotoks and Rocky View County. Not sure if you're in range? Call or text and we'll let you know.
